My Review:
When reading just a snippet of this book to decide if I was going to review it I became teary eyed! I think having children who are grown I can truly appreciate this story in a way parents with babies or toddlers can’t yet.
I thought this was such a touching truthful story of how we as parents want our little ones to stay little, but if they did, we’d never get to experience all the other wonderful parts of childhood. Here’s one of the spots that I liked:
“If I could keep you little, I’d pick for you a friend or two.
But then I’d miss you finding friends you like who like you, too!”
This book is an absolute keeper and a precious book for parent and child!
